Tabanan is west-central Bali — lush, green and full of water. The route threads rainforest single-track and open rice-paddy country, then finishes on a black-sand beach. A one-of-a-kind, cinematic ride with serious wow-factor — and unreal for photos. Dense vegetation keeps it rideable all year.

Tabanan is our best first enduro — but it runs the full range. Total first-timer or seasoned rider chasing a wet-season mud challenge, the guide reads your level on a short call and shapes the pace and line around it.

Half day or full day.
Add the beach.
The half day is the jungle + rice-paddy loop. The full day adds lunch, the run down to the coast, and the black-sand beach finish. Your guide sets the pace + breaks to match the group on the day.
Hotel pickup
Door-to-door from your hotel in an AC car with a private driver. Tabanan basecamp is the closest of the three tours to the Canggu / Seminyak side — the shortest transfer. Arrive empty-handed; gear is on us.
Basecamp · gear up
Penebel / Tabanan basecamp. Welcome drink, full kit fitting, bike fit + safety brief with your lead guide. Always at least two guides — lead + sweeper.
Rainforest single-track
Lush jungle single-track with natural obstacles — vegetation, logs, rocks and shallow river crossings. The Bali-postcard ride. We set the pace to your level.
Rice-paddy & countryside
Out of the canopy into open rice-paddy and countryside tracks — fast, green, the classic Tabanan scenery. Photos and a breather.
Return + drop-off
Photos & video shared on the way back. Door-to-door return to your hotel.

I've never ridden off-road. Can I still book?+
Yes — Tabanan is our entry tour and the best first enduro. We run all levels, from total beginners to the most experienced riders. Start on the KLX 150 or 230 (entry tier) and your guide keeps the pace gentle on the jungle single-track while you find your balance.
What if it rains?+
Tabanan is dense jungle and rideable all year. Light rain — we still ride. In the wet season the trail turns into a genuine mud challenge even for advanced riders (slippery ground, river crossings run higher) — that's part of the fun. Heavy storms — we move the schedule or reschedule, no fee.
What do I bring vs what's provided?+
You bring:closed shoes or boots, long sleeves & trousers, sunglasses, sunscreen, a change of clothes (you WILL get muddy and wet on the river crossings). We provide: helmet, goggles, gloves, jersey, pants, boots, knee + elbow + chest pads, the bike, unlimited petrol, hydration pack + water, lunch, and a free BaliEnduro jersey to keep.
Is the black-sand beach always part of the ride?+
The black-sand beach finish is the highlight of the full day. On the half day we keep it to the jungle + rice-paddy loop. (Exactly how the beach is built in — always vs by request — is something we confirm on the call.)
Can I bring my own gear?+
Absolutely. Many riders bring their own helmet + boots they trust. Send a photo of your kit to us on WhatsApp before the ride if you want us to check fit + safety.
I wear glasses / contact lenses — is that fine?+
Contacts are fine and recommended (less dust ingress under goggles). Glasses fit under most of our goggles but let us know your frame size — we'll pre-fit you with the right pair.
What's the cancellation policy?+
Flexible — there's no payment to start a conversation, and you only commit once your slot and bike are confirmed. For the exact deposit and cancellation terms, message us on WhatsApp — we'll confirm the current policy before you book.
How many riders per group?+
We keep groups small and level-matched, and we add guides to fit your group — Pak Putu sets the number for each trip so nobody waits and nobody is left behind. There are always at least two guides (a lead and a sweeper). Smaller groups get the lead guide more personally; larger crews ride with extra guides. Exact group sizes vary by tour — ask on WhatsApp.
Insurance — what's covered?+
We'll confirm exactly what cover applies to your booking when you message us. Either way, we strongly recommend you carry your own travel/medical insurance that covers off-road motorcycling — your home travel insurance often covers it, but check before flying.
I'm coming alone — can I ride solo?+
Yes. Solo riders get a private guide. The rate stays the same — no single-rider surcharge.
Can I just ride, no photos / video?+
Of course. Tell us at gear-up. The photo/video on your phone is included whether you use it or not. GoPro rental (Rp 300.000/trip) + a 64GB SD card (Rp 250.000) are available if you want your own footage.
