The plain-English version of how booking, cancellation and liability work for a BaliEnduro ride. We confirm the exact terms with you on WhatsApp before you commit — there's no payment to start a conversation.
1 · Booking & payment
A booking is requested over WhatsApp and is only confirmed once your date, group size and bike are held by the operator. No deposit is taken to start a conversation. The exact deposit, balance and payment method are confirmed with you in writing before your ride — we'll never charge you a fee you haven't agreed to first.
2 · Cancellation & refunds
If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, the refund depends on how much notice you give. The tiers below are the working draft — the confirmed figures are shared with you when you book:
Weather is the exception: if the operator cancels or moves a ride for unsafe conditions, you can reschedule or take a full refund of anything paid. Where possible we move the schedule rather than cancel — Bali's jungle rides run in light rain.
3 · Who can ride
Riders must be 18 or over. Under-18s may ride only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, agreed with the operator in advance. You must declare any medical condition that could affect your safety on an off-road motorcycle. A valid motorcycle licence is recommended; the guide assesses every rider's level and matches the route, the pace and the bike accordingly.
4 · Risk, insurance & liability
Off-road motorcycling carries inherent risk. You ride at your own risk and are responsible for riding within your ability and following the guide's instructions. We strongly recommend you carry your own travel / medical insurance that covers off-road motorcycling — many home travel policies do, but check before you fly.
endurobali.com is a digital partner / booking channel, not the tour operator — the ride is operated by Pak Putu / balienduro.com. To the extent permitted by law, the liability of endurobali.com in connection with a booking is limited to the amount you paid through this channel. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
