Half day or full day.
Deeper into the jungle.
The half day is the fast forest single-trail + rice-paddy + river crossings. The full day adds lunch and the deep, technical rocky/muddy jungle sections. Your guide sets the pace + breaks to match the group on the day.

Door-to-door from your hotel in an AC car with a private driver. Arrive empty-handed; gear is on us.

Penebel / Tabanan basecamp. Welcome drink, full kit fitting, bike fit + safety brief with your lead guide. Always at least two guides — lead + sweeper.

What skill level is Secret Forest for?+
It's best for intermediate to advanced riders. Secret Forest is our most technical day — fast, flowing single-trail with rocky, muddy and slippery sections — so the more off-road confidence you bring the more you'll get out of it. Brand new to dirt bikes? Tell us on the call — if you're set on it your guide will keep the pace manageable, but we'll usually suggest starting with the Tabanan ride first.
I've never ridden off-road. Should I book this one?+
Honestly, this isn't the one to start on — Secret Forest is our most technical day and is best for intermediate to advanced riders. If it's your very first time on a dirt bike, the recommendation is to start with the Tabanan Jungle & Beach tour (our entry ride), then come back for Secret Forest. If you're set on it, start on the KLX and your guide will keep the pace manageable.
What if it rains?+
Light rain — we still ride. The forest single-trail gets slippery and the river crossings run higher, which makes it more technical and, for many riders, more fun. Heavy storms — we move the schedule or reschedule, no fee.
What do I bring vs what's provided?+
You bring:closed shoes or boots, long sleeves & trousers, sunglasses, sunscreen, a change of clothes (you WILL get muddy and wet on the river crossings). We provide: helmet, goggles, gloves, jersey, pants, boots, knee + elbow + chest pads, the bike, unlimited petrol, hydration pack + water, lunch, and a free BaliEnduro jersey to keep.
Which bike should I ride?+
Given the technical single-trail, confident off-road experience is recommended. The KTM 300 EXC is the sweet spot and our most-booked bike; experienced riders go for the KTM 350, YZ 250 or the Ducati 450. Beginners on a KLX should be comfortable with technical single-track — or take Tabanan first.
Can I bring my own gear?+
Absolutely. Many riders bring their own helmet + boots they trust. Send a photo of your kit to us on WhatsApp before the ride if you want us to check fit + safety.
I wear glasses / contact lenses — is that fine?+
Contacts are fine and recommended (less dust ingress under goggles). Glasses fit under most of our goggles but let us know your frame size — we'll pre-fit you with the right pair.
What's the cancellation policy?+
Flexible — there's no payment to start a conversation, and you only commit once your slot and bike are confirmed. For the exact deposit and cancellation terms, message us on WhatsApp — we'll confirm the current policy before you book.
How many riders per group?+
We keep groups small and level-matched, and we add guides to fit your group — Pak Putu sets the number for each trip so nobody waits and nobody is left behind. There are always at least two guides (a lead and a sweeper). Smaller groups get the lead guide more personally; larger crews ride with extra guides. Exact group sizes vary by tour — ask on WhatsApp.
Insurance — what's covered?+
We'll confirm exactly what cover applies to your booking when you message us. Either way, we strongly recommend you carry your own travel/medical insurance that covers off-road motorcycling — your home travel insurance often covers it, but check before flying.
I'm coming alone — can I ride solo?+
Yes. Solo riders get a private guide. The rate stays the same — no single-rider surcharge.
Can I just ride, no photos / video?+
Of course. Tell us at gear-up. The photo/video on your phone is included whether you use it or not. GoPro rental (Rp 300.000/trip) + a 64GB SD card (Rp 250.000) are available if you want your own footage.
